The Reasons Why I Drink Only Water that Has Been Distilled

Distilled water helps me to swallow lots of pills every day

I know, water, water everywhere, however what kind of water meets my special needs? My choice is to drink only water that has been distilled. These are my reasons.

I have to swallow numerous pills every day. A lot means 42-45 pills a day. Clearly, this is a big number. I must swallow all of these pills without getting to sick to take them.

Several years ago my brother arrived for a holiday and we talked about water quality. He is on the road quite a bit, and he told me that he usually brings purified, distilled water. Why, I asked? What was completely incredible to me was the number of students who simply didn’t care about the damaging effects of irresponsible drinking that I talked about. It was almost as if they couldn’t care less about the truth and how these consequences can destroy their lives. For the first time in my life I started to grasp a saying that my grandfather used to say to me throughout my teen and pre-teen years: you can lead a horse to water but you can’t force it to drink.
